HR – Focus V.4.3 2010 has been launched with effective modules capable to respond to both common and specific needs. These are:
* Provide security system to protect an access to confidential information. Authorized access can be set up in many levels.
* Provide significant notice messages i.e. employee’s birthday, expiration
of probation period.
* Support information export into several forms i.e. .pdf, .txt, .xls, .csv, and .doc files
* Keep employee information including photo
* Keep record of employee’s borrowing and returning office equipments, etc.
* Record employee’s history including other concerning information
Time Attendance Module
* Able to set up work shift over day, over shift and OT over day
* Support card sliding up to 5 pairs per work shift. Able to interface text file
with all type of Time Attendance machine
* Employee’s leave can be recorded as number of days or hours. The
program will provide available leave number while processing the leave
record. The leave record can be viewed as a statistic graph
* Unlimited set up of salary and deduction codes
* Able to set up calculation of tax, OT, social insurance, and provident fund.
* Salary payment can be by cash or funds transferred into several banks
* Data can be interfaced with another program’s GL
* Support various welfare i.e. medical welfare, loan, transportation, life
insurance, and social insurance
* Able to evaluate employee’s performance in term of knowledge, skill and
working behavior by 360 degree dimension. The appraisal can be set up
based on employee’s qualification, behavior, achievement and
objectives. Appraisers can be more than one from both internal and
external company. The appraisal result will be used for approval of salary
adjustment, bonus, promotion, position change, training or work termination.
* Able to plan annual training
* Provide summary report of training courses and budget used
* Provide Instructor evaluation report
* Provide Follow up Report on the trained employee
* Support employee training in compliance with legal requirements
* Support the organization’s human resource planning
* Allow job application form via internet
* Provide warning on black listed employee and ex-employee
HR – Focus can be fully integrated with other accounting and ERP software such as Accpac, Microsoft Navision, Microsoft AXAPTA, etc. Data on salary and special incomes can be sent to Cost Center. Also the program provides many operating and management reports responsive to various requirements and support effective analysis and smart decision making on human resource management.
